Where do you source your rattan furniture?

Our rattan furniture is designed in Australia and handmade by artisans in Indonesia.

 

I accidentally entered the wrong address, what do I do? 

No stress, just email us straight away so we can update it. Please include your full name and order number with the email. 

 

How do I care for my item? 

Rattan furniture is very durable, however we recommend periodically wiping over it with a soft damp cloth to clean any dust or dirt away. All seat cushion covers are removable and can be washed by hand in cold water only. Allow to dry naturally, not not tumble dry. 

 

How can I change my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been finalised. However, you are more than welcome to place another order. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we don’t at this stage. 

 

Do you offer Afterpay? 

Yes! We offer Afterpay.

 

Can I pre-order an item that has sold out?

Yes, the option for pre-order will be available on the drop down box.

 

How do I hang my hanging chair? 

As the chair is made from natural rattan we recommend hanging indoors or undercover outside as they need to be kept away from direct weather. 

Please hang rope from around the main front frame of the chair only, not any of the bars that go around the back or smaller pieces of rattan. 

We also recommend seeking professional installation by a qualified builder to make sure your chair is hung correctly. 

 

How do I track my Pre-Order?

Please refer to our Pre-Order page for all of your answers. 

 

Do you have any stockists / physical stores?

We sell through our website only. You can view our products on our website and our social media accounts. If you would like more information on a certain product, please don’t hesitate to contact us on hello@nestcollective.com.au and a member of our team would be happy to help! 

 

Can I make a wholesale enquiry?

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Afterpay. 

 

Can I click and collect if I live nearby?
