SHIPPING + CLICK & COLLECT GUIDE
Nest Collective offer variable shipping rates depending on the weight and dimension of your item but also the location we are sending your item to. This will be calculated and advised at checkout. If any items postage cannot be calculated at check out we will provide you with a shipping quote via email. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs at check out on our website and it is non-refundable.
Once you have placed your order please allow 2-3 days processing and you will then receive an email shipping confirmation including a tracking number. On weekends and public holidays, orders will be processed the next business day. If you have any issues in tracking your order please do not hesitate to contact our team via email at hello@nestcollective.com.au due to coronavirus, there may be shipping delays. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this time.
We pack all of our items with care to ensure they arrive safe to you however if in the unforeseen circumstance your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email to let us know and include images of the damage.
International Shipping
Due to limited carriers and high freight costs, unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship our product internationally.
Click & Collect (Pick Up)
We have a click and collect option that you can select at checkout. You will receive an email once your order has been processed and another email once it is ready for collection. The second email will link you to a calendar where you will be able to select a day and time for collection and will include our address in Chelsea for collection.
Please note you will have 7 days to collect your order from the day your item has been marked available for collection.
