PRE-ORDERS

If At Nest Collective all of our furniture is handmade in Indonesia and therefore takes minimum 8-12 weeks to be manufactured. Under current Covid circumstances shipping can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks with an additional 5 days to clear at customs. This lead time might sound lengthy although the actual lead time per order will be determined by the stage of manufacturing when your individual order is placed. An estimated arrival month will be noted next to the item you are purchasing on our website. 

If we are notified of any delays from our supplier or shipper it is our priority to update our customers as soon as we can. In the event of any shipment delays due to weather, customs and shipping authorities we are unable to expedite order refunds. 

Please choose carefully as once your pre-order is made unfortunately we can not offer a refund due to change of mind.

Once we have received your item/s we will contact you and arrange for collection or shipment. All pre-order items must be collected within 10 days of their arrival. If no alternative arrangement for an alternative collection date has been made with us and agreed upon, your order will be cancelled & any payments made forfeited.
